Located in El Dorado Hills, the Serrano Country Club, with a golf course designed by an internationally renowned architect, is among one of the largest, most prestigious master-planned communities in Northern California. Installed in the 90s, the original Alerton Ibex control system far exceeded its life expectancy and was updated in 2017. A 25- year-old control system demonstrated to the owner the reliability of the Alerton brand which made for an easy decision about what the replacement control system would be. An Alerton BACnet control system was chosen, and with minimal disruptions to operation, the system was installed. Due to L&H Airco’s extensive documentation of the system, the upgrade leveraged much of the existing install which reduced overall costs.
