Salad Cosmo is a bean sprout growing facility located in Dixon, CA focusing on the production of mung bean sprouts. The facility process sprouts 365 days a year to ensure the freshest product possible. Not only did L&H Airco use their expertise in designing temperature and ventilation control systems but they also worked with master facility growers to develop a sophisticated controlled growing environment supporting Salad Cosmo’s comprehensive program of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). All of these processes are performed 24 hours a day maintaining the highest quality product using the latest technology available. The original installation was such a team success that a new plant is in development in an effort to keep up with demand of the expanding market.
