Occupied by Dignity Health, the commercial property was reincarnated into an OSHPD 3 Primary Care Clinic. Delivering on the vision to modernize an existing facility into a clinic of this capacity, L&H Airco faced multiple challenges and constraints with the project. An example was the extensive design and planning centering on the reuse of the existing mechanical systems. To complement the existing equipment, a new Alerton BACnet DDC control system was installed to meet the desires of the management/managers that maintain the property. The local ownership team had not experienced a modern DDC system before and was pleased to report that the system, with the graphics package, was user-friendly. The clinic is a welcome addition to the community as it offers vital healthcare services including family medicine, primary care, and OB/GYN.
