Installed in 2009. The project consisted of a complete mechanical and controls replacement. The facility remained in operation throughout the construction period. The BACtalk system is communicating to the two new York Chillers and seven new rooftop AC units over MS/TP. The remaining 19 new AHU's, 6 existing rooftop AC's, 28 EF's and 5 VAV's communicate on the BACtalk MS/TP comm trunk.
