Construction started in 2009 and the completion date is set for late 2011. The project consists of 250,000 sq. ft. 4-story addition. When complete two large rooftop VAV AHU's will serve 360 CAV boxes. Various other mechanical system are controlled as well i.e., Fan coils, CRAC's, MAU's, Steam Heat Exchangers and Isolation Rooms. Integration to the existing Central Plant Controls system is included.
