Installed in 2006. The Owner purchased the building and the mechanical system was in need of a serious overhaul. The system consisted of two rooftop built-up AC's with DX cooling, in-line duct furnaces, built-in-place economizers and a series of isolation dampers. The rooftops were outfitted with new controls and VAV boxes were added to the space to achieve the end goal...A happy customer.
