The Project utilizes the Alerton Envision for BACtalk System with Central Server and an Alerton WEBtalk Iport. The building consists of Large Rooftop VAV Units, Cooling & Reheat VAV's, Fan Powered VAV's, DX Fan Coil Units, MAU Unit, Central Boiler & Chiller System with Cooling Tower Controls and Refrigerant Monitoring System.
