The new 2 story Education Center is the pride of the Vacaville unified School District and was a design - build project that included a large VAV rooftop air handler with hot water reheat and dx cooling. The control system had to not only provide comfort heating and cooling but control the building static pressure in the open atrium area and fornt door area while maintaining close fan tracking control for IAQ purposes.
