This project intailed a complete change out of HVAC equipment and an old pneumatic control system for the Army Reserve Center. The buildings were vacated and retrofitted using a phased construction schedule where each building had to be up and running , commmissioined and all training complete before the next phase could begin. These project was completed in 6 months with work done in two shifts per day.
