Funded by a PG&E energy grant, the existing constant volume MZ's with zone mixing boxes were converted to variable air volume AHU's and double duct VAV zone boxes. Retrofit also included lighting integration, utility monitoring and providing control strategies for the chiller, boiler, cooling tower, pumps, and exhaust fans.
