The 6th floor project is the final project in a ten year plan to repalce all of the air handlers and the central plant for the DMV headquarters in downtown Sacramento. All the new system is floor by floor AHU's with OSA security protection, steam to hot water heat exchangers on each floor and a new chilled water and low pressure steam central utility plant. Once finished this will be a LEED silver retro-fit project.
